01Definitions and acceptance

“The store” or “we” means Feel Great Gulf at feelgreatgulf.com, an independent distributor of Unicity products (membership no. 56005847) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “The customer” means anyone who browses or buys from the website.

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms, and that you are of legal age to enter into purchase contracts in your country.

02Nature of the products and health disclaimer

• The products are food supplements for adults, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
• Information on the website is for general information only and does not replace medical advice.
• Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. Unimate contains natural caffeine.
• Individual experiences vary and we do not promise specific results.

03Orders and confirmation

• The customer must provide accurate and complete details: name, phone number, email and shipping address.
• An order is confirmed once payment is completed or accepted by the chosen payment method, and you receive a confirmation notice.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if fraud is suspected.

04Prices and currencies

• Prices are shown in the currency of the shipping country: UAE dirham, Saudi riyal, Kuwaiti dinar, Qatari riyal, Bahraini dinar or Omani rial.
• Prices may change without prior notice; the price shown at order confirmation applies.
• Shipping costs and the full order total are shown on the checkout page before payment, with no hidden fees.

05Payment and transaction security

• We accept bank cards, and instalments with Tabby and Tamara in the countries where these services are available.
• Payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways; we do not store card details on our servers.
• The customer pays the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping.
• Instalment plans are subject to the provider’s (Tabby or Tamara) terms between the provider and the customer.

06Shipping and delivery

We ship to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery times, costs and tracking are described on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

07Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Because these are food supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned, while your rights for damaged or incorrect items are fully preserved.

08Intellectual property and trademarks

The website’s own text, design and images belong to Feel Great Gulf and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Unicity, Feel Great, Unimate and Balance are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to only to identify the products, without any claim of affiliation or official agency.

09Limitation of liability

• We make every effort to keep information accurate and the website available, but are not responsible for technical outages beyond our control.
• The store is not liable for any harm resulting from misuse of the products or failure to follow the directions printed on the pack.

10Third-party links

The website may link to external sites such as payment gateways or couriers. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

11Suspension of access

We may suspend a user’s access or cancel their orders if these terms are breached or fraudulent activity harming the store or other customers is suspected.

12Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them is settled before the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to the statutory consumer rights in the customer’s country. We always aim to resolve any issue amicably through customer care first.
