How many Balance boxes per month?
One box if you take it once a day, two boxes if you take it before two meals a day as in Feel Great 1.0.
Does Balance cause bloating?
More fibre can cause mild gas or bloating at first, usually easing within 2 – 3 weeks. Start with half a stick for a few days and drink enough water.
Can I take it with medication?
Keep at least two hours between Balance and any medicine, as fibre may affect absorption, and ask your doctor if you take regular medication.
