A concentrated, purified extract of yerba mate leaves grown in South America: 3 g extract per stick with caffeine from a plant source, only 10 calories and no added sugar. Mix with 500 – 700 ml hot or cold water.
Balance
Biosphere Fiber blend of 5 soluble fibres (guar gum, locust bean gum, citrus pectin, oat fibre, beta-glucan): 4 g fibre per stick plus 9+ vitamins and minerals, 15 calories, sweetened with stevia. Drink with 240 – 300 ml water before or with a meal.
